We do not accept returns in the following situations:

  • 1.ISUP has been used;
  • 2.Damage or defect caused by external use


  • All items must be unused in the original packaging intact and kept in the same condition as when you received it. Before returning the goods, you must first contact our customer service via Bluecostline.com.


    The customer bears the return shipping costs. There is no purchase fee for unpacking. After opening, we will charge 10% of the price as the purchase fee, and we will charge 50% of the price as the purchase fee for used goods.

    We will refund you within 7 working days after receiving the goods.

    Return of damaged products

    If your order is damaged at the time of delivery, please report it to us by sending an email to info@Bluecostline.com within 24 hours. You must contact us in time so that we can coordinate the details with our shipper within the allowed time frame and solve the problem for you as soon as possible.

    Our policy is valid for 30 days. If the goods you purchased have been delivered for 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.

    In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
